Good location and easy convenience with highway links

Cyberjaya is located far from all the hustle and bustle on the KL and Greater KL areas yet we can reach within a 20 minutes commuter train or less than 30 minutes of drive using Maju Expressway (MEX). There is also a Dedicated Transportation System (DTS) or shuttle bus service in Cyberjaya’s which is cost effective for those who live outside of Cyberjaya.

Most of the infrastructure in Cyberjaya is well planned ahead. It provide access to hi-speed fiber-optic internet with speeds of 100Mb per second through Cyberjaya Metro Fibre Network. Most of the residential areas are ready with fibre optics. A lot of multinational companies have operated in Cyberjaya due to its reliable infrastructure and the support from the government. It should be stable because the government is focusing and investor-friendly area.

Safe township

Cyberjaya is generally safe with low crime rate. Most housing area is gated and the high-rise condominium are gated and guarded.

Growing Expat Communities

There are 6 universities/ colleges and accommodate about 23,000 students. There are 2 leading universities such as in Cyberjaya such as Lim Kok Wing andMMU, Cyberjaya has a growing number of expat communities. There are also about 800 companies with 35,000 knowledge workers in Cyberjaya which make Cyberjaya a good place to rent out their houses or apartments / condominiums.

Next to Putrajaya
