Petaling Jaya: Star Property recently hosted events themed ‘Night with The Star’ and also a ‘Brunch with The Star’ for notable property developers.
The aim of the event was to promote the upcoming Star PropertyAwards and what would be the benefits of winning a prestigious award.
It was also to foster closer ties with developers, allow for quality networking opportunities, as well as to demonstrate why Star Property is the preferred property marketing partner. The Property Business Unit (PBU) a special unit that helps its clients ‘Reach, Engage and Convert’ through the usage of Star Media Group’s assets.
At PBU, there is a definite understanding in aspects such as print, digital, radio, event management, and the importance of conversion for all property clients. Together with StarProperty Sdn Bhd property business head of sales Jacky Cheng, the PBU is sincerely open for business.
There were over 200 attendees from over 50 companies such as SP Setia Bhd, EcoWorld Development Group Bhd, IJM Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, UEM Group Bhd, Country Heights Holdings Bhd, E&O Bhd, MCT Group, Ekovest Bhd, Sunway Group, Gamuda Land, I&P Group and many more.
The event kicked off with the introduction of some of the products and services which fall under the Property Business Unit (PBU).
Cheng expounded on the aim of the PBU, which was to help the clients reach the target market smartly, engage the target market holistically and convert the target market into buyers quickly.
“Apart from organising property events that help the developers to market the properties and provide potential leads to generate sales, the PBU also capitalises on the strengths of the online medium, traditional media, radio, event and video.
“Print ads in both The Star newspaper and StarProperty monthly pullout, having a strong online presence (Propwall.my, StarProperty.my, electronic direct mailers, social media), property radio channel with 988FM, partnership with Carsifu.my as well as putting up billboards and street buntings all come together to ensure that our clients have maximum exposure when they choose us to be their preferred marketing partner,” enthused Cheng.
One such product which caught the attention of attendees was the Audience Interest Marketing (AIM), which is a premium audience targeting platform for marketers to effectively reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right content.
Reinventing the way to target audience, AIM will be able to assist property developers in reducing wastage and maximising budgets by identifying their target audience, hence increasing effectiveness.
After the presentation, attendees were invited to feast on a catered lunch that was specially prepared for the occasion. During the meal, there was ample opportunity for the attendees to network with one another, thereby creating an atmosphere of camaraderie.
The prestigious Star Property Awards 2017 is now open for registration, and includes categories such as The WOW Award, The Poseidon Award, The Neighbourhood Award, The Family Friendly Award, The Skyline Award and The All Star Award.
